1 · Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website at hi-advisory.com (the “Site”), operated by H&I Advisory Group, LLC (“H&I,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2 · Informational purposes only
The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest, or investment product.
Past performance, case studies, and projected outcomes referenced on the Site are illustrative. They are not a guarantee of future results.
3 · No advisory relationship
Using the Site, contacting us, or sending us materials does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship between you and H&I. An advisory engagement begins only when a written agreement has been executed by both parties.
4 · Intellectual property
The Site — including text, graphics, logos, marks, photographs, layouts, and the underlying code — is owned by H&I or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and download materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any material on the Site without our prior written permission. The H&I name, mark, and lockup may not be used without our written consent.
5 · Project Sapphire and proprietary frameworks
Project Sapphire, the seven-pillar framework, and any specific methodology, model, playbook, or operating system described on the Site are proprietary to H&I. Reference to these works in third-party materials requires our prior written permission.
6 · Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware or executing automated scraping.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
7 · Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites — including LinkedIn profiles of the partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8 · Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&I and its partners, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or the materials made available on it.
10 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold H&I harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12 · Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
