1 · Our commitment
H&I Advisory Group, LLC (“H&I”) wants hi-advisory.com (the “Site”) to be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
2 · What we have done
- Text and its background meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Images have text alternatives, and purely decorative symbols are hidden from screen readers.
- Every link, button, and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Pages use a clear heading structure and standard page regions, so assistive technology can navigate them.
- The layout adapts to screens as narrow as 320 pixels and to browser zoom without content being cut off.
- Animated elements respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
We check the Site with automated accessibility testing and manual review, most recently in October 2026, and we review it again when we make significant changes.
3 · Known limitations
Some links lead to services we do not control, including Calendly for scheduling and LinkedIn for partner profiles. Their accessibility is the responsibility of those providers. If you cannot use them, contact us directly and we will arrange a call another way.
4 · Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, email dirk@hi-advisory.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us the page and what got in your way. We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information you need.
5 · Changes to this statement
We update this statement as the Site changes. The “Last updated” date shows when it was last revised.
